Tasso and Corn Bread Bake
Preheat oven to 350° F. In a sauté pan, sauté onion, garlic and Tasso until golden brown. In a bowl, blend eggs, cream, Korean chili paste, herbs, corn, tomatoes and sautéed onions, garlic and tasso. Place bread into a casserole dish and pour egg mixture over stale bread. Bake for about 35 minutes.
