Roasted Red Pepper Salad

3 ounces
Fresh Genovese Basil
3 ounces
Fresh Italian Parsley
12 ounces
Crushed Tomatoes
Salt and Pepper (to taste)


Slice roasted red peppers and place in a large bowl. Chop garlic, parsley and basil and place in bowl. Add crushed tomatoes, salt and pepper. Let stand for about 20 minutes before serving.
