Jansal Valley Power Juice
Steep the crystallized ginger in 1 cup of hot water for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, peel citrus, then cut and core the apple. Place the fruit in an electric juicer* and juice into a quart-sized container. Once the ginger has become reconstituted, remove from the water, and then add to juicer. Add the ginger juice to rest of the mixture. Stir in the beekeeper honey to the container at a rapid pace, until the honey has dissolved. Pour into a glass, sup and enjoy! *if you don’t have an electric juicer, you can use a high-powered blender followed by a fine mesh sieve.
