Italian Spiced Ham Pasta

Imported Italian Spiced Ham (cubed)
1⁄2 cup
Rosemary Garlic and Herb Oil
10 ounces
Grilled Italian Artichoke Hearts (cooked and sliced)
10 ounces
Crimini Mushrooms (quartered)
10 ounces
Spanish Onions (sliced)
4 cloves
Garlic (diced)
1 1⁄2 pound
1 bunch
Italian Parsley (diced)
4 ounces
Radish (sliced thin)


In a large sauté pan place olive oil and garlic, sauté garlic until golden brown. Add to the pan mushrooms, onions, artichoke hearts, and sauté until golden brown. Boil off pasta and strain. Do not rinse pasta. Place sautéed vegetables, cheese, parsley, radishes, herb oil, and spiced ham. Mix well and let sit for about 1 hour.
