Honey Citrus Vinaigrette

Tangerine Honey
3 tablespoons
Jansal Valley Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice
4 tablespoons
Lemon Juice
6 tablespoons
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper
1⁄2 pound
Jansal Valley Wild Arugula
med. Jansal Valley Local Watermelon Radish (diced)
1 pint
Heriloom Cherry Tomatoes (halved)
1 carton
Jansal Valley Local baby Chihuahua Cucumbers (halved)


FOR DRESSING: Mix honey, orange juice, and lemon juice together. Whisk in olive oil until desired consistency. Season with salt and pepper to taste. FOR SID WAINER HOUSE SALAD: In a large mixing bowl, place the wild arugula, watermelon radish, tomatoes, and cucumbers. Slowly drizzle in vinaigrette and toss. Garnish with grilled bread.
