Goat Cheese Biscuits

Recipe type: Appetizer



2 1⁄2 cups
All Purpose Flour
2 teaspoons
Baking Powder
1 teaspoon
2 tablespoons
Organic Butter
1 1⁄4 cup
Heavy Cream
1 tablespoon
Cold Water
Melted Butter
1⁄4 cup
Parmesan (grated)


Preheat oven to 425° F. Place flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl. Cut in crumbled goat cheese and butter. Make a well in middle of bowl to pour in heavy cream. Stir until mix just comes together, add water if needed. NO NOT OVER MIX! Brush a cookie sheet with butter. Roll out and cut biscuits, brush tops with melted butter. Bake 14-16 minutes, until lightly browned. Remove from oven to sprinkle with grated parmesan.
