Farro and Roasted Fruit

1⁄2 pound
Red Grapes (seeded and halved)
1 pound
Green Gage or Sugar Plums (pitted and quartered)
1 pound
Seckle Pears (cored and sliced)
3 cups
Pinch of Salt
1⁄2 cup
Heavy Cream
1 1⁄2 tablespoon
Chestnut Honey


Preheat oven to 425°F. Roast fruit, turning occasionally, until pears are tender and grapes begin to shrivel (approximately 25 min.). Transfer fruit and liquids to a bowl. Bring water, faro, and salt to a boil, then reduce heat and cook uncovered until faro is tender and water is absorbed. Add cream and honey and toss to coat. Add fruit and combine gently and serve. Drizzle with more honey if desired.
