Cabbage, Radish and Jicama Salad
Combine jicama, radish, cabbage, and cilantro. In a separate small bowl, mix salt, black pepper, zest, and juice. Add the dressing to the salad and mix. Adjust seasoning, and refrigerate if needed, for up to 30 minutes before serving. *Note: finely diced jalapeño may be added if you like heat. Garnish with lime wedges and cilantro leaves.
