Blood Orange Chocolate Mousse

1⁄2 cup
L’essence des Fruits Blood Orange Puree
2 1⁄2 cups
Chocolate Mousse Mix
2 cups
Heavy Cream


Pour L’essence des Fruits Chocolate Mousse Mix into the bowl of a stand mixer. Add heavy cream and start mixing at a low speed. After about 30 seconds, increase the mixer’s speed to medium and mix for 5 minutes. Next, remove bowl attachment from mixer and place in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. After the mousse has chilled, add the L’essence des Fruits Blood Orange Puree. Chill in the fridge for 20 more minutes (or overnight), then remove and place in desired serving ware. Sprinkle preferred toppings and serve!
