Jansal Valley® Yuzu & Red Chili Sauce
To create its hot, sweet taste, this sauce uses the zest and fruit of the deeply fragrant yuzu along with sun-ripened red chilies. Try adding a dash to cocktail sauce, your favorite Bloody Mary recipe, or combine with high quality butter, like our Southcoast Farms® Organic Butter, and serve over poached shrimp. For an extra kick, serve the shrimp alongside grits that have also been spiked with the Yuzu & Red Chili Sauce.
