Kilchurn Estate® Wensleydale with Cranberries, 2.8 lb Half Wheel - This classic English cheese is made using pasteurized cow's milk and is aged for six months. The addition of the sweet cranberries works beautifully with the Wensleydale's fresh acidity and crumbly texture, making for a unique taste experience.
Kilchurn Estate® Red Leicester, 1/4 Wheel Cut, approximately 2 lbs. - Made similar to an English cheddar, this cheese has a sweet, medium-strong flavor and crumbly texture. Red Leicester is made using pasteurized cow's milk and aged for a minimum of nine months. Ground annatto seeds are added to create a deep russet red color and a marvelous experience to this farmstead pasteurized cow's milk cheese.

It is a creamy, ivory milk cheese with a hued, unique flavor and texture. Delicate blue veins radiate from the center of this pasteurized cow's milk cheese. Our Stilton matures for eight months. It is lighter than Gorgonzola and richer than Danish Blue Cheese.

Kilchurn Estate® Krystal Pure Cave Aged Cheddar, 2 x 17 oz. - - This cheddar is made exclusively for Sid Wainer & Son® in Southern England, the birthplace of P.D.O. cheddars. Krystal Cheddar is made using pasteurized cow's milk and the same culture that is used to make Parmigiano Reggiano. This culture produces calcium crystals in the cheese. Krystal Cheddar is cave aged for 15 months, making it one of our sharpest cheddars with an earthy, cave aged taste. This cheddar has a creamy mouthfeel and the calcium crystallization throughout the paste makes it a truly unique cheese.
