Jansal Valley® Gochujang Powder
This is a dry spice blend version of traditional Korean gochujang paste, a savory and pungent fermented condiment. It includes red miso powder, black garlic powder, gochugaru chile flakes, organic cane syrup, rice concentrate, soy sauce powder, ginger, garlic, onion, vinegar and roasted Chinese cabbage powder.
Use in traditional Korean dishes, or add to dips, breadings, dry rubs, and marinades. It can easily be made into a paste by mixing with water to desired consistency.
