Jansal Valley® Dried Cascabel Peppers
Dried Cascabel chiles are named after the Spanish meaning of "rattle" because the seeds become loose inside when dried, resembling the sound of a rattle. Most often used in their dry state, these peppers closely resemble the outward appearance of a cherry. They are medium in heat and described as having berry and tobacco notes in their flavor profile. Try using in soups, salsas, and sauces.
