Tasso and Corn Bread Bake

Ingredients

2 tablespoons
Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Cloves Garlic (peeled and diced)

Onion (small, peeled and diced)

Eggs
1 quart
Heavy Cream
2  
Ears Fresh Corn (grilled and cut from cob)
2 tablespoons
Italian Parsley (washed and chopped)
2 tablespoons
Cilantro (washed and chopped)
   
Salt & Pepper (to taste)
2 tablespoons
Sage (washed and diced)
2  
Tomatoes (seeded and chopped)
1  
Loaf of Stale Bread (cubed)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350° F. In a sauté pan, sauté onion, garlic and Tasso until golden brown. In a bowl, blend eggs, cream, Korean chili paste, herbs, corn, tomatoes and sautéed onions, garlic and tasso. Place bread into a casserole dish and pour egg mixture over stale bread. Bake for about 35 minutes.
