Orecchiette and Charcuterie Salad

Ingredients

Domaine de Provence Charcuterie
1 pound
DeCecco Orecchiette Pasta
3 tablespoons
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tablespoon
Red Wine Vinegar
4 ounces
Dried Cherries
4 ounces
Stilton
6 ounces
Veggie Sweet Mini Peppers (sliced)
2 teaspoons
Fresh Basil

Roma Tomatoes
3  
Cara Cara Oranges
3  
Frisee, heads (chopped)
1⁄4 teaspoon
Fresh Oregano (chopped)
   
Kosher Sea Salt (to taste)
   
Butcher Cut Black Pepper (to taste)

Instructions

Boil orecchiette pasta in salted water until al dente. Cube charcuterie and stilton cheese. Dice sweet peppers, tomatoes and cara cara oranges. In a large salad bowl, combine frisee, charcuterie, stilton, fruit and vegetables. Dress the frisee, charcuterie, stilton, pasta, fruit and vegetables with olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, pepper and oregano.
