Kilchurn Estate Krystal Pure Cheddar Stuffed Mushrooms
Preheat oven to 350° F. Remove and chop the mushroom stems. Heat the butter in a sauté pan, until ripples form, add the onion and chopped mushroom stems and sauté until soft and onions are translucent. Add the Tuscan kale and sauté until wilted and reduced in size. Remove from pan and allow to cool for a few minutes. Adjust seasoning. Add the panko and shredded cheese. Mix well. Stuff the mushroom caps. When ready to serve, bake the mushrooms for 10 minutes, until heated through and the cheese is soft and bubbly and stuffing is slightly browned.
