Kilchurn Estate Krystal Pure Cheddar and Red Pepper Tart
Preheat oven to 400° F. Defrost and roll out one sheet of puff pastry. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Spread a thin, even layer of red pepper jelly on the dough, leaving a 1” border. Fold in the edges, overlapping one another. Sprinkle Krystal Pure Cheddar over the jelly. Brush egg wash over the crust. Bake until cheese is golden and bubbly and crust is lightly browned, about 15-20 minutes.
