Large Heirloom Tomatoes (sliced)

White Peaches (sliced)
1⁄3 cup
Ricotta Salata (crumbled)
2 tablespoons
Basil (minced)
2 tablespoons
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tablespoon
White Balsamic Glaze

Instructions

Place tomato and peach slices in a decorative pattern around a serving plate. Next, sprinkle crumbled ricotta salata on top, and drizzle with olive oil and glaze. Garnish with minced basil, serve, and enjoy!
