Banana Chocolate Bread Pudding
Preheat oven to 350° F. In a large mixing bowl add heavy cream and eggs. Whisk, then add sugar, vanilla and honey and banana puree. Beat until smooth. Dice the bread and then add the chocolate chips and sliced bananas. Slowly mix the wet ingredients into the bread mixture. Place in baking dish, and top with mascarpone and brown sugar. Bake for 35-45 minutes until soft set.
