Domaine de Provence® Wild Boar Salami has a rich taste and a wonderfully balanced flavor. The meat is blended with sea salt, black peppercorns, and fresh garlic. This is then wrapped in an all natural pork casing and cured for 30 days. It works well as a snack and makes a unique addition to an antipasto platter. Try serving with Sancerre or Sauvignon Blanc.
