Jansal Valley® White Peppercorns
White peppercorns offer the flavor of black peppercorns, but without the tell-tale color. White peppercorns are the berries of the peppercorn plant that have been soaked to remove their skin and then dried. It has a delicate and crisp flavor. Use in white sauces, with salad dressings and with potatoes where the tell-tale color of black pepper is not wanted. Tie up in a spice bag and place in soups or stews; remove bag before serving.
