L'essence du Fromage® Valdeon Azul is made for Sid Wainer and Son® in the mountainous region of Leon, Spain. Valdeon is made using a blend of pasteurized cow's and goat's milk. It is then wrapped in sycamore leaves and aged for six months. The buttery texture and piquant flavor make this cheese perfect for any cheeseboard.
