Domaine de Provence® Traditional Dijon Mustard
Characterized by their high mustard seed content, these superb mustards are produced in the Champagne region of France. Our producers utilize time-honored techniques in order to assure full-bodied flavor. The seed that is used is a brown seed that is soaked in spirit vinegar and then ground into a paste. After sifting and venting, the mustard is then stored for maturation for a minimum of 72 hours.
