Jansal Valley® Szechuan Peppercorns
This peppercorn comes from the berries of a small ash tree found in the Szechuan region of China. It has an aroma of citrus and wood with a spicy flavor that leaves a slight tingle on the tip of the tongue. It is commonly used in Asian cuisine, but also works well with American style steak, chicken, and potato dishes. For best results, grind just before use.
