Our L'essence du Fromage® Pyrenees Mountain Forested Goat's Cheese has a subtle flavor with a natural rind. Pyrenees Mountain Goat's Cheese is made using pasteurized goat's milk and aged a minimum of three months. It has origins in the area of the same name, situated in the Provence of Girona. The interior of the cheese is smooth with an intense white color, a common attribute of goat's milk cheeses. It has a subtle aroma of hazelnuts, while a creamy texture leaves a melting sensation on the palate. An uneven, blue-green coloration and the natural mold are characteristic of this rustic cheese rind. The interior explodes with magnificent flavors.
