L'essence du Fromage® Petit Brie de Chevre
This rich and creamy cheese is made here in the U.S. by French cheesemakers using traditional cheesemaking techniques. This cheese is made for Sid Wainer & Son® using fresh pasteurized goat's milk and vegetarian rennet. Petit Brie de Chevre is aged for two weeks to develop the mild tasting, bloomy rind.
