Fondo di Toscana® 12 Month Aged Parmesan is handcrafted in northern Italy for Sid Wainer and Son®. This young parmesan is made using raw cow's milk and then carefully aged for 12 months in humid curing rooms. The cheese has a delicate, savory flavor that is perfect for flavoring any Italian dish from a creamy risotto to a spicy tomato sauce.
