Our Murcia al Vino is made from the finest goats' milk in all of Spain. L'essence du Fromage® Murcia al Vino is made from the pasteurized milk of Murciano-Granadina goats. These goats graze on rich grasses and wild herbs, resulting in an exceptionally flavorful cheese. After the cheese is dried, it is immersed in local Murcia wine, which gives it its extraordinary color. It is then aged for 75 days. Murcia al Vino has a low fat content of 45%.
