L'essence du Fromage® Morbier Cheese
Our artisanal Morbier Cheese is produced in the highest part of the Jura Region of France. There are 20 farmers in this village who gather all of the raw milk from Montbeliarde cows that are typical of this region. This mountain cheese ends its four month maturation process in the cellars of our artisans. Its thick rind is a creamy brown color and the cheese has flavors with notes of nuts and fruit throughout.
