Jansal Valley® Mexican Mole Spice Blend
This is a quick and easy solution for preparing traditional Mexican mole sauce; mix 6 tablespoons of spice blend with 2 tablespoons each of warm water and broth. This blend features ancho powder, smoked paprika, brown sugar, sea salt, cumin, cocoa powder, molasses powder, garlic, black pepper, chipotle powder, ginger, oregano, cinnamon, and cloves.
Use in traditional mole dishes with beef, chicken, pork, or vegetables; or add to chili, brownies, and chocolate cake.
