Jansal Valley® Lemons Naturally Preserved in Provencal Spring Water
Imported from France, these large lemons are scored and salted using French Sea Salt, a technique dating back over a century, then they are submerged in Provencal spring water giving them a higher yield of other commercially available products. Preserved lemons are a special ingredient in Moroccan and South East Asian cooking, adding a special flavor to many recipes. Also great for preserved lemon martinis, stews, poultry dishes and couscous, rice and grain dishes.
