International Gallery of Cheese® Le Gruyere®
This classic European Gruyere is made in Switzerland using the raw milk of grass-fed cows. This cheese adheres to strict guidelines in order to receive its A.O.C. designation. It is produced by our cheesemakers according to time-honored techniques and traditions. Aged for a minimum of five months, this cheese is an excellent "melter" and perfect for fondues, panini sandwiches, and atop a hearty crock of French onion soup.
