Jansal Valley® Fennel Pollen
This all natural product starts in the sun soaked fields of southern California. Dill is grown to full maturity and allowed to blossom. The flowers are then harvested and dried in the sun, which concentrates the savory flavor of the pollen in the flower. After drying, the pollen is extracted and packaged. The pollen has a gentle dill aroma but a strong flavor making this high yielding product ideal for finishing dishes such as grilled fish, marinades and dressings.
