Jansal Valley® Dried Chili de Arbol Peppers
The long and slender shape of this chile gives it its distinctive appearance. These peppers produce a bold heat and are often used as the primary pepper in cayenne seasoning. The seeds and white parts can be removed to tone down the heat. These peppers start out green, turn red as they ripen, and become deep red when dried. The peppers can be ground, crushed, chopped, or used whole when incorporated into recipes such as spicy barbecue sauces, tortilla soup, and fresh hot salsas.
