Jansal Valley® Chanterelle Mushrooms
These trumpet-shaped mushrooms thrive in the Pacific Northwest but are also found in a few spots on the east coast. Their aroma is reminiscent of apricots and they have a mild, nutty flavor and chewy texture. They have a more concentrated flavor than fresh mushrooms. Try sautéed alongside pork and beef dishes, simmered in soups, or in creamy sauces and flavorful stir-fries.
