L'essence du Fromage® Bouchevrette
L'essence du Fromage® Bouchevrette is produced domestically by a French cheesemaker, exclusively for Sid Wainer & Son®. It is made using fresh pasteurized goats' milk, resulting in a sweeter, more richly flavored cheese. The cheese is aged for two weeks in order for the rind to develop. This soft-ripened, bloomy-rind cheese has a velvety texture that is amazing on any cheese course.
