L'essence du Fromage® Basque Extraordinaire
Our L'essence du Fromage® Basque Extraordinaire is produced with 100% pasteurized sheep's milk and aged for five months. Its rind is hand washed with French Espelette Peppers, resulting in a rind with a reddish hue. It is a semi-hard cheese with a buttery quality. It has flavors of both herbs and fruits with slightly nutty undertones.
