Jansal Valley® Apple Butter
Out of the hundreds of apple varieties grown along Oregon's Hood River, the Sonata is a popular favorite. Though it is a wonderful "eating apple," it is even better when it is made into our Jansal Valley Apple Butter. Try in a sauce paired with pork loin or try mixing into either cottage cheese or oatmeal for breakfast. Spread onto bread, layer with Jansal Valley Applewood Smoked Turkey Breast and slices of L'essence du Fromage Artisan Brie for an outstanding panini sandwich.
