Ingredients
• 1 Jar 13.1 ounce Tree Ripened Apricots
• 4 ounce Bittersweet Chocolate (chips or block)

Method
Put a small amount of water in a small saucepot and bring to a boil.
Place glass or stainless steel bowl over water.
If using block chocolate, grate with a cheese grater and place in bowl.
If using chips, just place in bowl and stir frequently with a rubber spatula.
While chocolate is melting, drain apricots and pat dry on paper towel.
When chocolate is melted, dip half of apricot into chocolate and place on
parchment on wax paper. Allow to dry.
Skewer each apricot and place on platter with your favorite
